ROSSARI INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Renewa SL

Biosurfactants are a category of bio-based surfactants.These organic molecules lower surface tension between liquids to improve water movement. They provide unparalleled health, safety, and environmental effects. The yeast Starmerella bombicola ferments sugar and vegetable oil to produce sophorolipid, and it is a glycolipid-class biosurfactant.

Renewa SL is an aqueous solution of sophorolipids. It is a mixture of a lactone and the corresponding acidic form. Their relative ratio determines the main properties and performance of a sophorolipid composition.

Features:

  • Produced using renewal raw materials;
  • Readily biodegradable;
  • Low dosage application;
  • Mild to the skin;
  • O/W emulsifier;
  • Ambient temperature processable;
  • Easy to handle;
  • Compatible with a broad range of surfactants and polymers, including cationic ingredients;
  • Low carbon footprint process

Renewa SL-A

Renewa SL- A is a naturally occurring acidic form sophorolipid surfactant in with exceptional detergency and emulsifying properties. As a sophorolipid with a medium to high HLB, it effectively disperses oil in water.

Its high acid sophorolipid content and biodegradability make it a sustainable choice for various applications. Suitable application in home care products and personal care products like body wash, shower gel etc.

Features:

  • Readily biodegradable;
  • Low dosage application;
  • Mild to the skin;
  • O/W emulsifier;
  • Ambient temperature processable;
  • Easy to handle;
  • Compatible with a broad range of surfactants and polymers, including cationic ingredients;
  • Low carbon footprint process

Renewa SL-L

Renewa SL- L is a naturally occurring lactonic form of sophorolipid surfactant with antimicrobial properties. Its high lactonic content and with lower HLB, is better suited to emulsifying oils and degreasing application in home care products and personal care products.

Features:

  • Readily biodegradable;
  • Low dosage application;
  • Mild to the skin;
  • O/W emulsifier;
  • Ambient temperature processable;
  • Easy to handle;
  • Compatible with a broad range of surfactants and polymers, including cationic ingredients;
  • Low carbon footprint process
